When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
For personalized products, please allow 3 to 7 days for completion, plus an additional 1 to 3 business days for shipping after your order is finalized.
Reimbursement processing time?
We will process your reimbursement promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notification. Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs or fees for this reimbursement.
Failed delivery
We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the purchasing process.
Should the goods not be received or collected at the specified time or within the designated period, they will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or discuss a subsequent course of action.
Unless otherwise agreed, each delivery attempt after the second one will be at your expense.
